When a repair is the right call
a handful of missing shingles after a windstorm or a flashing leak around a vent pipe usually means a repair, not a full replacement — especially on a roof under 15 years old. Most repairs run $350 to $1,800 depending on how much of the roof is affected.
What we actually do
trace the leak to where it's really coming from (often not directly above the ceiling stain), pull shingles around the damaged area, replace any wet decking underneath, and match new shingles as closely as we can to what's already up there.
Storm and hail claims
if the damage is from a specific storm, it may be covered. We'll do a free inspection, document what we find whether or not you end up filing a claim, and meet your adjuster on site if you'd like us there.
Warranty
5-year workmanship warranty — if the same leak comes back in that spot within five years, we fix it at no charge.
