If unexpected structural issues are discovered after work begins, we pause and get your explicit approval on a change order before proceeding.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, we hold an active state contractor license and carry full general liability and worker's compensation insurance. This protects your property and our crew in the event of an accident or injury on site. We happy to provide insurance certificates directly from our carrier prior to starting any job.

What happens if bad weather or rain occurs during my project?

We monitor local forecasts daily and will not open up exterior structures if heavy rain is expected. If sudden weather moves in mid-project, our crew immediately secures and tarps exposed areas to keep your home completely dry. Work resumes as soon as conditions are safe and dry.

Do I need to be home during the work, and how is property cleanup handled?

You do not need to be home while work is underway as long as outdoor power and water are accessible. We protect your lawn, plants, and driveway with heavy-duty tarps and plywood barriers throughout construction. Every evening, we perform a site cleanup, including a magnetic sweep to pick up stray nails and metal scrap.

What warranties do you offer on labor and materials?

We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty that covers any installation defects, separate from the manufacturer warranties on materials. If you experience an issue related to our installation, we return to fix it at no cost to you. We conduct a final walk-through with you upon completion to ensure everything meets our standards before final payment.
